Terms of Service

By accessing or using GEO Scout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GEO Scout offers free and paid plans that include analysis credits. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Credits included in paid plans are allocated per billing cycle and reset monthly unless otherwise stated at purchase.

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to applicable Lemon Squeezy checkout and billing terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current period. Billing inquiries may be directed to support@aiseoscout.com.

You agree not to misuse GEO Scout or related AI services. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass credit limits, authentication, or rate controls.
• Submitting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content for analysis.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing API endpoints or AI integrations.
• Using the platform to generate spam, misinformation, or automated abuse at scale.
• Interfering with service integrity, security, or other users' access.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations of acceptable use.

GEO Scout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating recommendations before making business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEO Scout and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to GEO Scout in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using GEO Scout at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, create security risk, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, though certain provisions (including payment obligations and liability limits) will survive.
